General Data Protection Regulations -GDPR (effective from 25th May 2018)

We are currently updating our policies and ensuring we comply with GDPR- updates can be found on our policies page under the tab of GDPR.  

Physiotherapy services

Patients may now self refer for a consultation with a choice of providers, this can be found under Clinics & Services - follow the link under nursing services.

Staff Training:

The Health Centre will be closed from 12:30 midday, for staff training, on the following afternoons:   Wed 5th September 2018, Wed 3rd October 2018.

New Telephone Message

We have asked Dr Tate to introduce our calls messages and explain why our reception staff will be asking questions. We appreciate this has lengthened the call message but we hope this is a positive about how we then manage appointments after the recorded message.

TELEPHONING THE PRACTICE – 01477 533100

telephoneThe Health Centre may be contacted by telephone from 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours calls to the practice will automatically be transferred to the  NHS Eastern Cheshire Out of Hours GP Service.

Telephone advice - if you have a question or query for the GP and no physical examination is required, it may be possible for the GP to telephone you to discuss.  In these situations please request a telephone call when you speak to our reception team.  A message will be passed to the GP who will assess the request and if appropriate will arrange a suitable telephone appointment for you.  If the GP feels that a face-to-face appointment is required, rather than a telephone appointment, the GP will advise the reception team who will pass this information back to you.
